Q. What is the warranty for my mimi tote?

A. All MiMi totes come with a 90 day limited manufacturer warranty from the date of purchase that the tote is free from defects in material and workmanship.

Q. Can I carry my mimi wheeled totes on board a plane?

A. All shoulder totes will fit in either the overhead bin or under the seat in front of you. The Medium Wheeled tote fits in the overhead bin of most airplanes (see your air carrier for size restrictions). Do not overfill your tote or it may not end up fitting on some airlines.

If you do travel with your MiMi tote on board an airline remember not to store unapproved items in your tote (things like scissors, paper piercers, liquids and the like should be placed in your checked luggage).

If you are traveling with a Large Wheeled Tote, it will not fit in the overhead bins. It will have to be checked, but please remember this tote is NOT luggage. It should be placed in a box or heavy duty plastic bag. Otherwise, the handles, zippers and chasis may be torn or damaged by the airline bag belt.

Q. How do I clean my mimi tote?

A.

All MiMi totes have a water resistant finish. Simply wipe the fabric with a clean damp cloth or for dirty stains...try cleaning it with a Tide Pen and water.

If you know you are tough on bags...try spraying the tote with Scotchguard Stain Repellent to protect the fabric even more.

Q. How do I collapse my mimi wheeled tote for storage?

A.

All mimi wheeled totes are collapsible to save on storage space when not in use.

Simply lay it on its back. Peel up the hook n loop flap on the bottom. Pull up on the base plate to remove it from the wheel tubes. Unzip the side panels and fold in the sides. The base plate fits in between the folded sides and front.
